SIECO' s selection of extra-virgin olive oil is a unique in quality,  packaging and flavors. Every bottle is freshly packed only after the order is received. We do not store packed olive oil.   In order to preserve its original taste and its organoleptic characteristics, our extra-virgin olive oil is not filtered. The only means of separation used is decantation. Therefore, some olive sediments may show at the bottom of the container.
